Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at Lexington Plastic Surgeons, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective patients through their journey towards achieving their aesthetic goals. You will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, building rapport, and effectively communicating the benefits of our services. Through your expertise and professionalism, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult prospective patients to understand their desired outcomes, concerns, and expectations.
- Educate patients on various cosmetic and reconstructive procedures Lexington Plastic Surgeons offers, including benefits, risks, and alternatives.
- Develop customized treatment plans in collaboration with the surgical team to address each patient's individual needs and goals.
- Effectively communicate pricing, financing options, and post-operative care instructions to ensure transparency and patient satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective patients to address any additional questions or concerns and assist them in scheduling appointments as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new patients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, consultations, and outcomes using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery procedures is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
