SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in floor, tiling or related industry and will be an exceptional communicator and multitasker with the ability to build rapport with clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform as a product expert; being able to verbalize details, costs, timeliness and other factors of each product
  • Communicate with clients and assist customers in finding the right materials that align with their budget and project plan
  • Assist with project management through providing details, discussions and other necessary information
  • Lead sales initiatives through knowledge and interpersonal skills
  • Develop business and properly represent company brand values


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years' of sales experience in tiling, flooring, stone, cabinetry, or related industry
  • Ability to accurately perform basic math and enter related data
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven multitasker
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • STRONG attention to detail
  • Moral characteristics and standards that align with organization.
