Role Overview:

Budy is seeking a Backend Engineer with extensive experience in JavaScript to join our founding team. As a key contributor, you'll have the opportunity to work across both the frontend and backend, building innovative AI-driven features and contributing to a wide range of dynamic projects. In our small team, every member pushes code and plays a hands-on role in shaping the product from the ground up.


Who We Are:

  • Our codebase is evenly divided between Python and JavaScript.
  • We dockerize everything and operate on AWS.
  • We make extensive use of Kafka, Redis, and Camunda to build our AI Agents.
  • Security is a top priority for our production systems.
  • We use ChatGPT extensively in our day-to-day operations.

  • Strong experience in JavaScript
  • Experience working on complex products or in early-stage companies is essential.
  • Quick learners who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Effective communicators and team players who enjoy collaboration.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Salesforce or similar enterprise systems.
