Location: Irving, Texas
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Engineering and Design support for various equipment-related projects.
- Assist the equipment engineering team with logistics for equipment orders.
- Generate Material Requests to ensure timely procurement.
- Forecast and plan for future equipment needs based on project initiation dates.
- Ensure accurate tracking and inventory of all components.
- Monitor and manage all equipment-related expenditures.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely vendor payment.
- Optimize equipment procurement processes.
- Supervise the receipt and acceptance of equipment.
- Exhibit strong Project Management and Communication skills, collaborating effectively with team members.
Must-Have Skills:
- Wireless Equipment Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wireless industry.
- Proficiency in managing wireless equipment releases.
- Experience with Purchase Orders and Close Out Packages review.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with FUZE for project and equipment tracking.
- Knowledge of wireless construction processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as PeopleSoft for POs, Site Tracker, Excel, CATS, and Fuze.
- Strong Project Management skills with the ability to multitask and manage ongoing projects.
- A focus on compliance in all activities.
