Your Role:
- Direct Client Contact: Engage with our clients directly.
- Architectural Phases: Take the lead in all architectural phases, depending on your experience.
- Design Implementation: Understand and implement project-specific design and requirements.
- Independence: Work capably and independently, often with little supervision.
- Project Planning: Plan and conduct work in all phases of a project.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other disciplines to produce integrated project documents.
What We're Looking For:
- Time Management & Communication Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate.
- Enthusiasm & Passion: Driven, enthusiastic, passionate about what you do, and hungry for growth.
- Architectural Expertise: Thorough understanding of architectural concepts, spatial relationships, and knowledge of building systems.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Building Codes and Zoning.
Your Background:
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture or related field required. Accredited degree preferred.
- Experience: Licensed Architect or on the path to licensure preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Specialization: Experience with wood-framed structures.
- Design Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in residential design.
