Hybrid- Woodlands, TX (1-2 days onsite)

Contract to hire


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelors in an IT-related field or any field with 3+ years of experience as an IT BA/FA.
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) space preferred.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and structure business requirements, procedures, and problems that will improve business processes through automation and business process re-engineering.
  • Configure system settings and options in accordance with corporate policies and best practices.
  • Plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing.
  • Evaluate the impact of system changes introduced by customizations, interfaces, patches, updates, and upgrades to ensure timely, effective and efficient delivery of corporate systems.
  • Provide consultation and support to end users as an escalation point from Tier 1 support.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with dedicated offshore testing resources in the duties listed above.
