Job Description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join a fast growing team at our financial client in Phoenix. This candidate will need to be able to jump into the organization and quickly be able to understand multiple financial domains (risk, payments, or any domains associated with banks/financial institutions) and lead discussions with multiple engineering teams to make suggestions on architecture best practices. The main priority of this team is to put a large focus on building out solution architecture across the entire enterprise, targeting the large internal initiatives this organization has. In order to accomplish this lofty goal, this team created 4 teams. This specific team is ultimately responsible for reviewing code and understand patterns. You'll need to be to lead discussions around requirements, both functional and non-functional, create POV diagrams, and ensuring the plan fits within the enterprise's standard architecture processes.


Compensation:

$65/hr to $75/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
