The candidate will be credentialed (e.g. – BS, MS, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500, ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, STSC, etc.).The EHS professional will work directly for the client overseeing regional EHS responsibilities on various sites.Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional input and review of Site-Specific Safety Plan when job or site conditions warrant special planning. • Provide supervision and guidance to site competent individualsWorks with Q/A department to ensure organization adheres to all safety requirements outlined in SSPC QP programs i.e., QP-1, QP-2, QS-1Review and approve JHRA of safe work plans written by project managers for each projectCertification and training management, to include tracking and monitoring expirations and recertification requirementsEnsures accident reporting is timely and injured personnel are attended to efficientlyImmediate reporting of all accidents to Safety DirectorProvide Corporate Safety Data records for analysis of any accidents or incidents for preventative action and compliance with statutory reporting requirementsServe as subject-matter expert on safety-related matters and ensure compliance with state and federal OSHA requirementsOversee and effectively administer Workers Compensation Program and perform oversight of all claims.
