We are hiring a Residential Drywall Superintendent to support and direct our team members, trade partners, and vendors while ensuring our customers receive high-level service. Our Ideal Residential Drywall Superintendent:

• Experience: Must have prior drywall experience. Previous experience as a subcontractor, project manager, or foreman is preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable: Experience with drywall assemblies and finishing specs, reading building specs and construction plans, and being familiar with workplace safety regulations. Able to operate hand & power tools.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable leveraging software to improve efficiency. Experience with Microsoft Teams and can learn a digital filing system for vendor invoices and our project management system, BuilderTrend.
• Efficient & Organized: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
• Innovative: Someone who loves creating more effective and efficient processes. Able to problem-solve.
• Team Player: Humble and hardworking. Someone driven by purpose & excellence. Cares about teammates & customers and is passionate about working together to provide quality service.
• Active: You will be working indoors and outdoors, exposed to various weather conditions, able to bend, kneel, stand, climb ladders & scaffolding, work at heights, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid PA Driver's License and reasonably clean driving record for the past three years.
