This role will be pivotal in their transition from Oracle EBS to a cloud-based system, offering an exciting opportunity for someone with functional BSA experience within Oracle and knowledge in development. As part of our team, you will also have the chance to work with various stakeholders and report directly to the VP of IT. This role is hybrid, onsite 2-3 days a week.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing Oracle EBS system and propose improvements or new solutions
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of a new cloud-based system
  • Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple EBS modules, globally.
  • Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.
  • Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice.
  • Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects.
  • Be a pro-active contributor to a 24x7x365 running support organization, this will require working flexible hours, monitoring email regularly outside standard business hours



This role offers an opportunity to be part of a critical system transition project, allowing the successful candidate to apply and enhance their skills in Oracle EBS, cloud-based systems, and business systems analysis.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in Oracle EBS, ideally R12
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Database, EO/IR systems, and Oracle EBS is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle EBS Modules, Oracle Developer, Oracle Apex, Oracle, and Oracle Application Modules is essential.
  • Technical and functional knowledge with solid understanding of underlying data flow and functionality in Financials, Procure to Pay, Order Management, Discrete Manufacturing, and other relevant modules
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Manufacturing, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS) is needed.
  • Proven experience in Agile Scrum methodology and AB Testing.
  • Ability to create, interpret and manage Business Requirement Documents.
  • Strong skills in design and diagramming tools.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex business systems and technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identify problems, analyze information and implement solutions.
  • Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
