Position Overview: The firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join the Riverside, California team in a hybrid role, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in insurance defense litigation and a proven track record of managing cases from inception through resolution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to auto liability, premises liability, construction defect, and professional liability claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Take and defend depositions, participate in discovery, and prepare witnesses for depositions and trials.
  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Develop and implement case strategies, providing legal counsel and updates to clients throughout the litigation process.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
