Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief of Engineering at Service Linen Supply/MediCleanse. As the Chief of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading our team of industrial maintenance mechanics and for the smooth operations of our plant. Reporting directly to our President. Your team will be responsible for equipment and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance in environmental and safety programs, managing utility consumption, operation of boilers, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance program. You will also oversee parts' inventory, general truck maintenance and overall appearance of the plant and building.

Qualifications

• PLC, electrical. hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, oxy-acetylene welding and plasma cutting welding
• Experience with Milnor tunnel washer and Kannegeisser laundry equipment
• Previous background in preventative and general maintenance of machinery, facility and fleet required
• Boiler License preferred
• Safety conscious with demonstrated success in building and implementing safety programs to promote Safety culture
• At least 5 years of Supervisory Experience within a commercial laundry preferred, either linen or healthcare or food production plant
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training and experience
• General computer skills and experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office
