Our Employment Consultant serves as the face for both our employees and clients. You will be responsible for consulting candidates on onboarding processes and potential opportunities, as well as screening, recruiting and interviewing candidates, coordinating professionally with client companies regarding applicants they are searching for, and general data entry of information received.

The Employment Consultant position lays the groundwork and teaches the fundamentals to prepare you for a higher-level role.

Qualities we look for:

  • Computer proficiency, especially MS Office
  • Ability to follow directions and trust proven processes for results
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
