Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand & Design Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, capable of leading branding initiatives and producing high-quality collateral for our new product lines. This role will involve guiding branding strategies, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and overseeing the creation of various print and digital assets, including package designs, renderings, and ecommerce collateral for platforms like Amazon and in-store displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide branding initiatives for new product lines, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects and collateral.
  • Produce high-quality print and digital assets, including package designs, renderings, and ecommerce collateral for various platforms (e.g., Amazon, ecommerce websites).
  • Lead photoshoots for product photography, including conceptualization, art direction, and coordination of photography teams.
  • Manage pre and post-production editing processes to ensure the delivery of polished and compelling visual assets.
  • Work along with supply chain and Quality in the creation and development of product labels. Ensuring to meet the dietary supplements labeling guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and collateral production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in photography, photo editing, and retouching is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the US Hispanic market is required.
  • Industry experience with supplements, consumer products, health/wellness, and/or cosmetics is a plus.
  • Fully bilingual in Spanish & English is a plus
