Overview:


We are seeking a driven and experienced Fence Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team at QC Fence Contractors. As the primary point of contact between our company and clients, you will be responsible for running appointments, closing sales, overseeing project installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in their workmanship, and is motivated by the potential for uncapped commission earnings.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Generation:
  2. Utilize various channels to prospect for self-generated  leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Company provided leads from online marketing.
  4. Conduct on-site assessments to understand clients' fencing needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  6. Sales Closing:
  7. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to secure sales agreements.
  8. Address any concerns or objections raised by clients in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process until closure.
  10. Project Coordination:
  11. Serve as the main point of contact for clients from sale to project completion, ensuring a seamless transition.
  12. Coordinate with our installation team to schedule project timelines and oversee the progress of each installation.
  13. Conduct site visits as needed to assess project status and address any issues that may arise.
  14. Customer Satisfaction:
  15. Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed of project updates and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  16. Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with contractual agreements.


Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the fencing or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fencing materials, installation techniques, and local building codes/regulations is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.



Compensation:

This position is primarily commission-based, offering a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, performance-based incentives and bonuses may be provided based on sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
