MPIRE Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Design expert responsible for the collaboration on our collective creative design efforts, in order to adhere to the overarching brand standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with Technical team to develop graphics and iconography for SharePoint pages on a case-by-case basis.
- Collaborate with communications team to build graphics for social media.
- Work with M&P to develop event flyers and marketing assets.
- Collaborate with Chief of Staff office to develop overarching brand aesthetics and visual identity.
- Able to adhere to overarching brand standards.
- Develop brand standards based upon the needs of the organization.
- Able to perform all functional duties independently on high-visibility programs, or mission critical aspects of a given program.
- Able to oversee the efforts of direct reporting resources and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
- Assists more senior positions and/or performs functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions.
Requirements:
- Must have Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
- 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design and/or related field.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Microsoft Office presentation tools (particularly PowerPoint, Word, and ability to build templates).
- Experience working in SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Power Platform.
- Experience with SharePoint asset development (icons and banners)
- Comfortable completing needs assessments and engaging with workforce on developing projects/assets.
- Experience collaborating with leadership on developing projects.
- Experience translating content for various audiences.
- Knowledge of standard best practices in design (accessibility, typography cohesion, etc.)
- Experience training/mentoring junior level personnel.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience: Mid-Level (5+ years)
- Education: BA/BS in University in Computer Science, Graphic design, or related discipline is preferred.
