Job Title: Data Integrity Analyst


Role and Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the Data Integrity Analyst is to meticulously review end-to-end business processes, pinpoint data gaps, and ensure the highest quality of data flow within systems.


Primary Duties:

  • Collaborate with multiple functional groups to grasp business processes and interdependencies.
  • Develop comprehensive diagrams depicting end-to-end data flow across Operations, Applications, Databases, and Reporting systems.
  • Identify data and process gaps/issues, and collaborate with the team to define and implement solutions.
  • Assist in generating reports facilitating easy review of data/reporting issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders continuously to highlight any issues impacting data quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate with Application and Data teams and contribute to Master Data Management efforts.
  • Provide support to business users for verification and testing purposes.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on data quality and consistency.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with technology teams.
  • Proficiency in writing basic SQL Server queries for at least 2 years.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Healthcare or Financial data.
  • Familiarity with creating reports in Power BI.
