Our client a Commercial General Contractor based in Waco, TX are looking to add a President to their high achieving team. They pride themselves on serving its clients with superb safety, quality, service, and scheduling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide multiple commercial projects and teams operationally in each phase including pre-construction, construction and closeout
- Oversee and manage all construction operations across the company, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the utmost quality
- Provide strategic leadership to the construction team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project completion
- Manage and mentor a team of construction professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, but not essential
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Proven track record of successful commercial project delivery running large projects in Dallas
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Will have a wide network of contacts in the region, including with owners and subcontractors
Compensation:
- $180k - $250k base salary
- Employee shares
- Bonus
