Injection Molding Apprentis - Walworth, WI (Please local candidates only)

  • Learn a Trade with a long-term career

Learn how to do:

  • Cleaning molds and completing PM's on various molds
  • The able to read and interpret blueprints, sketches and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished tools, dies, jigs and fixtures.
  • Set up and operate conventional tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, etc.
  • Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy of finished products.


Candidate Profile:

  • This candidate must possess some mechanical skills and ability
  • Manual dexterity to assemble, operate, adjust and inspect
  • Near vision to handle small parts and to detect visual defects
  • Normal color vision and depth perception capability
  • Ability to take direction from others
  • Communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Reading and basic math comprehension to understand and interpret training guides, standard operating procedures and quality information (SPC, charts, graphs, etc.) and to complete production reports
