Director, Retail Client Group


JOB SUMMARY

The Director of AgAmerica’s Retail Client Group (RCG) will be responsible for overseeing the RCG team, setting goals, strategies, and priorities, while coordinating with other departments such as Production, Client Relations, and Marketing to ensure alignment. This person will carry out the team’s mission statement to foster long-term relationships by strategically identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within our existing client base. Through innovative solutions, proactive engagement, and tailored offerings, they aim to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships, drive incremental revenue growth, and exceed client expectations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with the ability to align client needs with the organizations, while being a highly motivated problem solver to solve issues as they arise while analyzing operational needs. This person will thrive in a high growth company while embracing and driving change. They will also be responsible for building a positive rapport with other directors by staying in the know to ensure alignment across the organization.


JOB DETAILS

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and bonus opportunity
  • Occasional travel may be required.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determine goals and KPIs for the team and ensure they will be met by monitoring data and motivating team members
  • Develop strong knowledge base of AgAmerica lending products
  • Manage Retail Client Group Members
  • Analyze operational needs and raise them to appropriate stakeholders
  • Utilize databases, software and tracking tools appropriately
  • Work closely with Production team members to build and maintain long term relationships with clients
  • Represent the Retail Client Group Department in various Committee meetings
  • Provide training and other learning opportunities to their team to expand knowledge and skills
  • Recognize opportunities to ensure long lasting relationships and create additional revenue


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, agriculture, education, or related field
  • 10+ year experience in sales or managing client relationships 
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal team members
