Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and leadership to project team members.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Engineers in designing, developing, and optimizing applications within a Microsoft-based development environment.
  • Architect, develop, and implement software programs to meet business requirements.
  • Write application code and modules based on business and technical specifications.
  • Maintain programming standards by adhering to productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Incorporate best practices in design and development phases of projects.
  • Coordinate project planning and execution for multiple projects.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients, vendors, and internal resources to discuss project initiatives and deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience, including coding, maintenance, architecture, and design.
  • 3+ years of successful leadership experience managing teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in technologies such as .NET, Ajax, ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML, etc.
  • Deep understanding of front-end and back-end platforms, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business processes and effectively communicate them to clients/vendors.
  • Experience leading project teams, resolving conflicts, and gaining confidence from various department leaders and management levels.
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
  • PMP license/certification.
