Sr. Project Manager - NON - TECHNICAL

Contract - 12+ months

W2 - NO C2C

ONSITE - Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, CA


  1. assist with the formalization Healthcare Services, Business Units and Shared Services.
  2. Identify and maintain Program / Project Plan, Schedule(s), dependencies, interdependencies, risks, and issues.
  3. Responsible for preparing and presenting Executive Level Program/Project Reports.
  4. Direct large complex program, inclusive of multiple projects.
  5. Leverage knowledge in all phases of project and consults for other projects and/or programs, including gathering business requirements
  6. Responsible for creating, coordinating, and developing project charters, business cases, technical and architecture specifications, and project plans for identified projects.
  7. Effectively manages all project constraints; budgets, resources, schedules, and quality, in order to fulfill deliverables and implement effective business solutions.
  8. Responsible for completeness of all project documentation throughout the project lifecycle and for obtaining appropriate approvals at each phase of the project.
  9. Manages project progress by establishing and conducting regularly scheduled meetings with the project workgroup.
  10. Identify, resolve, and manage all project issues, risks, and constraints; budgets, resources, schedules, and quality, in order to fulfill deliverables and implement effective business solutions.
  11. Possess excellent verbal and written skills.
  12. Must build collaborative and productive relationships.
  13. Perform business analysis, as needed.
  14. 7+ Years dedicated project management experience.
  15. Intermediate to Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Projects)
  16. Knowledge of Smartsheet, preferred.
  17. Dental, managed healthcare, or retail industry experience preferred.
  18. PMP Certification, required.
  19. Lean or Six Sigma certification, preferred.

20. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.

21. Familiarity with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.

REQUIRED:

· Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 10+ relevant experience.

· 7+ years of full lifecycle project management experience.

· PMP Certification or demonstrated experience required.
