We are excited to offer an opportunity for a film or cinematic editing professional to join our team. This individual will work with our Closet World and Closets By Design brands, completing requests from creative leadership for specific content formats and lengths. Creativity, detail orientation, and a metric-driven approach are essential for producing content for both ad and organic placements on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Marketing Management and the Social Media Content Creator to create required content and a variety of iterations for marketing and A/B testing in short form video content. 

- Analyze and understand the performance of edited content, iteratively testing and improving based on metric-driven results.

- Develop and refine a defined language and style for content, continuously improving based on past performance of short form content.

- Ideate and create new forms of short form content from existing footage.

- Work with CGI and 3d content to create videos and stills.

- Communicate deadlines, expectations, and any issues while working cohesively with the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Video Design, Videography, or an equivalent field.

- 2+ years of experience in social media content editing with a portfolio of managed social media accounts.

- Proficiency in film editing software, social media platforms, and special effects software.

- Familiarity with 3D studio software and the ability to create and produce photos and videos using these tools.

- Proven ability to work within a team, delivering tasks in a timely manner.

- A creative individual with a genuine passion for storytelling and special effects.
