Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping our product and marketing visuals. This position involves designing and updating a wide range of products, including daily planners, iPad planners, organizational boxes, packaging, and more. In addition to product design, you’ll create compelling assets for ads, social media, and email campaigns that align with our brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Design:
• Design new products from concept to completion, including planners, digital tools, and packaging.
• Update existing designs for both tangible and digital products.
• Ensure all designs are visually cohesive and align with brand guidelines.
• Marketing Design:
• Create graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Develop visually engaging assets that drive customer engagement and sales.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
• Receive and implement feedback to refine designs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Understanding of Pantone colors for physical products. 
• Experience designing for print and digital mediums.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with the planner and organization industry is a plus.
• Experience designing for iPad or other digital products is a bonus.
• You have excellent time management skills, and can deliver projects on time.

Hours & Compensation:

• This is a part-time position, around 20 hours per week. 
• Ideally, this person would work in the office one day a week, but we’re open to the role being fully remote if necessary.
• Compensation is commensurate with experience.
