The AROYA® division of ADDIUM, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled AgriTech Specialist - Field Irrigation with a strong background in designing, installing, maintaining large-scale commercial irrigation systems and being able to communicate in English and Spanish languages.
**The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of advanced irrigation technologies and their application in optimizing water distribution for raspberry farming.
**This role requires the ability to work independently in the field (hoop houses and indoor controlled agriculture) while working directly with our customers.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on agriculture and/or irrigation experience, primarily in the field; not food processing, not IT. This is not a desk role.
- Strong background in agriculture, and designing,installing, and maintaining large-scale commercial irrigation systems, particularly within the agronomy and farming sectors.
- Ability to work independently in the field (hoop houses and indoor controlled agriculture)
- Smart technologies in agriculture and related fields
- Strong background in designing, installing, maintaining large-scale commercial irrigation systems.
- 3 -5 years years of Agriculture/Irrigation design and/or management
- Proven experience as a "agricultural field service technician"
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various environments, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Job Summary
We seek a dedicated individual to join our team as a AgriTech Specialist - Field Irrigation, in Camarillo, California, specializing in installing and supporting our technology on farms. In this role, you will be helping our customers install and troubleshoot our systems, training and coaching them on how to utilize the data we provide to make better-growing decisions, and helping them integrate our auto irrigation product to gain better outcomes in growing their plants. You will have great interpersonal skills, a strong desire to bring success to our customers, and a strong desire to learn about growing plants.
- Fluency in Spanish & English is essential for this role.
- You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services, ensuring optimal equipment functionality, troubleshooting issues, and delivering on-site support to meet customer needs.
- Candidates must be able to work independently and possess good mechanical skills for installing our products, which involves extensive use of hand tools.
- Basic construction experience and having worked on a farm are highly desirable.
- Additionally, proficiency with using applications software to help customers make irrigation decisions is highly desirable.
- Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our equipment at customer locations.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software components. Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in our products. Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Training: Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment and the use of our software to make better irrigation decisions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your customers.

Working Conditions:
