Technical Sales Representative

Located in Kemah, TX, Auto-Maskin LLC. is seeking a technical salesperson with expertise in electronics, automation, and/or marine industries. 

You'll manage our distributor network, identify new opportunities, and cultivate relationships with OEM engine manufacturers to incorporate our products for engine control and management. Travelling to meet customers and attending trade shows is required. This position is responsible for sales and technical support for North and South America. Intensive training on our products and services will be provided, and the role reports to the Managing Director, LLC Americas. 

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the marine industry.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding our products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 80% of the time.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the marine electronics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to commute and/or be present in the office during normal business hours when not travelling.
• Valid driver's license.
