As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in our operations by providing assistance to customers seeking HVAC and Refrigeration Parts. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding service, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operations of our parts counter.


Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting HVAC parts and accessories.

Provide advice on parts compatibility and product features.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain and organize inventory to ensure availability and order accuracy.

Handle special orders and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and promptly.


Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Knowledge of HVAC parts and systems preferred

-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

-Ability to take/place phone calls professionally and efficiently

-Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale software

-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

-Experience operating a forklift is preferred

-Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
