Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Senior Warehouse Supervisor will oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes, accurate inventory management, and timely distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse management and be proficient utilizing ERP systems. Your leadership will ensure our warehouse operates at peak efficiency, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily warehouse operations and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.

- Implement and oversee inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels, orders, deliveries, and distributions.

- Optimize warehouse layout and storage, ensuring safe and efficient material handling and space utilization.

- Train and lead warehouse staff, setting performance standards and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with production and sales objectives.

- Utilize ERP software for inventory control, order processing, and logistics planning.

- Develop and enforce safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Also willing to consider extended experience in the field and formal training/certifications.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.

- Strong familiarity with ERP systems.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a high-volume warehouse setting.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a capability to work collaboratively across various departments.
