Role Description

Join us as a Geotechnical Engineering Manager in a dynamic, full-time, on-site position at our West Palm Beach headquarters. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers, drive innovative solutions, and manage the entire lifecycle of geotechnical projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will be crucial in integrating cutting-edge engineering solutions, ensuring the success, safety, and efficiency of infrastructure projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of geotechnical engineers to foster innovation and excellence in all project phases.
  • Direct the full lifecycle of geotechnical projects from conception through completion, including deep foundations, slope stability, and ground improvements.
  • Oversee project management, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality, ensuring projects align with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enrich project outcomes with cutting-edge smart infrastructure technologies.
  • Spearhead business development efforts, enhancing RADISE International's presence and engagement within the industry.
  • Maintain rigorous adherence to safety and quality protocols, setting standards within the department and the broader engineering community.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering, demonstrating a robust understanding of industry practices and project management.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a technical team.
  • Expertise in geotechnical software tools like gINT, PLAXIS, or GeoStudio, and proficiency in CAD and GIS applications.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adeptness in managing both project details and overall department strategy.
