Pay Range: $18.50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conforms to all safety policies and procedures.
- Configuring and deploying customer’s Handheld Products.
- Active participation in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as needed.
- Assists in lab continuous improvement efforts (i.e., process improvement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, cost reduction).
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- The candidate must work with urgency, be very detail oriented, and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 products
- Ability to analyze information and concepts
- Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
- Ability to identify key details & troubleshoot
- Creative thinking and idea generation
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Required Keywords:(CONFIGURATION OR CONFIGURE OR INSTALLATION OR TROUBLESHOOTING OR INSTALL OR UPGRADES OR TROUBLESHOOT) AND (LAB OR LABORATORY) AND (IOS OR ANDROID OR IPHONE OR IPAD OR TABLETS OR APPLE) AND ("O-365" OR "O365" OR "O 365" OR "MICROSOFT OFFICE")
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge applicable to install software, Configure, trouble shooting on iOS and Android devices
- 1+ Year relevant experience
