Job Description:

The Data Management, Billing Specialist serves as a key contributor within the data management department. This role is responsible for the processing of HPSI claim related data, as well as report distribution. The Data Management, Billing Specialist assists in ensuring all supplier provided product and pricing details imported into the company database(s) adhere to program requirements and deadlines, while providing support to HPSI data management team members to ensure maximum revenue is accurately captured. This position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Position Responsibilities


Conduct Product Pricing Schedule (PPS) processing


Import monthly and quarterly PPS’s into HPSI Software Suite; perform data conversions, revisions/updates as needed


Generate and distribute mock claims for upcoming billing periods to the Manager of Data Management for review/approval


Generate and distribute monthly deviated pricing reports to HPSI distributors


Perform claim related processing tasks


Create distributor reported item relationships for claim processing


Assist Data Management Manager with manufacturer profile updates, as needed


Secondary Responsibilities


Support admin fee collections


Generate and distribute monthly email reminders and notices to suppliers for customer spend and admin fee files and payments that are due/past due to HPSI


Record admin fee payment details
