- 2 - 5 years' Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Supplier Management (negotiations, RFP's,)
- Supply and Demand Planning knowledge
Key Responsibilities: Supply Chain Analyst
- Oversee the entire spectrum of purchasing, planning, and inventory management for our manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Ensures efficient sourcing, negotiating contracts, timely material delivery, and effective inventory management.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers to optimize supply and demand.
- Create RFP templates and organize sourcing events as needed.
- Assess supplier performance and address any issues or disputes.
- Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Generate and place purchase orders with both direct and indirect suppliers.
- Expedite materials to meet production requirements.
- Support ERP/MRP system implementation and maintain master data.
- Apply inventory management best practices to balance production demands with cost control and inventory levels.
- Plan inventory needs based on sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
