Spring Grove Counseling is a mental health group practice.


Role Description

This is a full-time independent contract hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist at Spring Grove Counseling, PLLC. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions. Some remote work is acceptable.


Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience in providing individual and group therapy to clients with various mental health concerns
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and ability to apply them effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in counseling
  • Adherence to professional boundaries and confidentiality
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity
