Chief Estimator

With a foundation in Commercial Construction, we have grown to become of the more well known Construction companies in the area. With over four decades of construction experience, we have developed some solid relationships with repeat clients & continue to bring in more business as well. We are now seeking to add an experienced Chief Estimator to our team that will work out of our office in Englewood.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist with Preconstruction & takeoffs of projects
- Prepare & review cost proposals
- Work directly with Business Development department
- Prepare a Construction budget after reviewing estimates
- 3+ years of Estimator related experience
- Experience in Commercial or Renovation Construction
- Experience working for a Construction company is a plus
- Must have experience working for a GC
- Competitive base pay ranging from $125k - $140k
- Company truck provided when needed
