We are looking for an oil and gas professional to join our dynamic team as a Mineral Acquisition Specialist. Responsibilities

•  Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential mineral acquisition opportunities.
• Negotiate and secure mineral rights agreements with landowners, ensuring both company and landowner satisfaction.
• Cold calling ability
• Collaborate with land management, legal, and geology teams to facilitate the acquisition process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting mineral rights acquisition.

Requirements

•  Experience in mineral/lease rights acquisition within the oil and gas industry
• Permian, Appalachia, Anadarko, Bakken, and/or Haynesville experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with landowners and members of the community.
• Excellent analytical and research abilities, with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated with an ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM familiarity, experience, and Microsoft Office competency
