Electronics Technician

Insight Global is seeking an Electronics Technician to support a test devices manufacturer in Milpitas, CA. This individual will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Follows established policies and procedures in conducting on-site or in-house repair and calibration of equipment.
  • Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and performs repairs.
  • Analyzes calibration results and follow service modules to successfully repair the equipment
  • Travel to customer sites to collect equipment and bring to repair depot for calibration.
  • Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer’s satisfaction with equipment and servicing.
  • Prepares daily logs and report of work performed. Assigned projects are moderately complex, requiring some independent action.
  • Effectively communicates with customers


Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of electronics experience
  • Familiar with RF and IP Networking
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Valid drivers license - comfortable traveling to customer site to collect equipment


Location:

  • On-site in Milpitas, CA
