Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Evaluates user requests for new or modified programs, such as for financial or human resource management systems, clinical research trial results, statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost, and time required, compatibility with the current system, and computer capabilities. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates a plan outlining steps required to develop the program, using methodologies such as structured analysis and design or object-oriented development


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs highly advanced senior-level computer programming work.

Write, test, debug, and document complex programs, including client/server and web-based applications, using C# (.Net), MVC, and SQL.

Design, develop, and implement specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front- and back-end web-based application software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET(Blazor), and C#.

Develop and provide web metrics and other statistical reports to requestors. Analyze the reports to help determine improvements in site layout.

Provide support for client application software by diagnosing problems, implementing changes to resolve them, and maintaining the software at the most current level.

Perform research and analysis required specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front and back-end web-based applications software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET/C#

Work closely and coordinate with systems analysts, architects, and various business areas to gather/validate requirements, understand technical issues and limitations, and model solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.

Recommend improvements to processes for application development projects as needed.

Required skills:

8 years relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

8 years of experience in independently performing a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

8 Bachelor’s degree or higher

8 years of experience Proficiency in web programming to enhance user experience and performance using Javascript, HTML, and CSS

8 years of Experience in the functional automation and performance automation of the API’s and web services, web applications using C# .net framework, MVC, and SQL server

5 plus years of senior-level computer programming work experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and development of web-based and windows-based applications using various .Net HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET(Blazor)/C# front end and back end technologies

A minimum of 5 years of experience using Azure Dev Ops or AWS Dev Ops

5 years Developed web applications using C#, JavaScript, SQL

5 years Experience in working in agile based development environment and participating in scrum sessions


This is a long-term contract opportunity for an Onsite role in Austin, TX. No sponsorship can be provided. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
