Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Location: Lansing, Michigan

Job Type: Full-Time - Contract


About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, extensive hands-on experience, and the ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems to optimize business processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
  • Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and releases, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with at least 5+ years in Salesforce design and development.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and other ETL tools.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce security, authentication, and authorization protocols.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce Architect Certification is highly desirable.
