Role Description

This is a contract Lead Therapist role located on-site in Dallas, TX. The Lead Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating with the broader care team. The role also involves maintaining confidential client records, staying abreast of therapeutic trends, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in providing therapy to children, teens, and adults
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Strong skills in facilitating group therapy sessions
  • Knowledge of somatic or cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches
  • Ability to maintain accurate and confidential client records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure as a therapist in the state of Texas
