About the Role: Beam is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for detail, the ability to think on their feet, and strong technical expertise in both graphic design and video editing. You will report to the Senior Creative Director and play a pivotal role in crafting assets that drive growth, enhance retention, and solidify Beam’s brand positioning. Your work will span a variety of mediums, including paid ads, emails, direct mail, and packaging. We're looking for someone who can see the big picture and strategize accordingly, but who is also eager to roll up their sleeves and dive into technical work. This person should be ambitious, organized, adaptable and most of all, passionate about building a rapidly growing brand.


What you’ll do:


  • Design high-performing email creatives to bolster retention efforts
  • Create engaging digital assets for paid and organic platforms to drive growth
  • Support print design requests, including packaging and direct mail
  • Edit video footage from creator campaigns, crafting compelling videos that captivate our audience
  • Develop and reinforce stronger brand positioning through cohesive and strategic design
  • Manage a variety of design-related projects, adapting to evolving creative needs and objectives


Who you are:


  • 4+ years of experience in digital design for email and paid marketing
  • Strong technical knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and other design packages
  • Familiarity with a test and learn creative framework: continue looking to iterate and find the next new winner.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills. This role will be highly cross-functional with involvement in multiple projects and initiatives
  • A passion for great content and the latest trends on the internet
  • Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High energy, ability to consistently take initiative, and a healthy dose of hustle


Location:

[Boston, MA or NYC/ Brooklyn, New York] Hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days/week in-office at either of our Boston or Brooklyn headquarters.
