RESPONSIBILITIES:


1.) Patient Consultation

a. Meet with patients to discuss their concerns, aesthetic goals, or medical

needs.

b. Evaluate their eligibility for surgery and explain potential risks, benefits,

and alternatives.


2.) Treatment Planning

a. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, medical

history, and anatomical considerations.

b. Consider various surgical techniques, including minimally invasive

procedures, to achieve optimal results.


3.) Surgical Procedures

a. Perform surgical procedures according to established medical protocols

and standards of care. This may include breast augmentation, rhinoplasty,

liposuction, facelifts, tummy tucks, reconstructive surgery, and other

cosmetic or reconstructive interventions.


4.) Preoperative Preparation

a. Coordinate preoperative evaluations, tests, and medical clearances as

necessary.

b. Provide instructions to patients regarding preoperative preparation,

including medication management, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle

modifications.


5.) Intraoperative Care

a. Conduct surgical procedures in a safe and sterile environment, utilizing

advanced surgical techniques and technologies.

b. Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any intraoperative complications

or emergencies.


6.) Postoperative Care

a. Manage postoperative care and follow-up appointments to monitor patient

recovery and outcomes.

b. Provide guidance on wound care, pain management, and activity

restrictions.

c. Address any concerns or complications that may arise during the recovery

period.


7.) Continuing Education

a. Stay informed about advancements in plastic surgery techniques,

technologies, and research.

b. Participate in continuing medical education activities to maintain licensure

and enhance professional knowledge and skills.


8.) Collaboration

a. Collaborate with the staff and provide a team environment that facilitates

the best possible outcome for the clients.

b. Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comradery and a

professional work environment


Ethical and Legal Compliance: Adhere to ethical principles and legal regulations

governing the practice of medicine and surgery. Maintain patient confidentiality and

respect patient autonomy throughout the treatment process.



REQUIREMENTS:


  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school and training programs.
  • Board certification in plastic surgery or general surgery with cosmetic surgery

certification.

  • Valid Florida medical license to practice as a plastic or cosmetic surgeon.
  • Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Dedication to upholding the highest ethical standards in patient care.
