About the Practice:

The firm’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice offers comprehensive support to clients navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of data privacy and security. The team’s expertise includes:

  • Proactive cyber risk management and breach response strategies.
  • Representing clients in regulatory investigations with minimal oversight.
  • Guidance on cyber insurance coverage and claim disputes.
  • Strategic defense in data privacy and cybersecurity litigation.


Recent highlights include:

  • Achieving dismissal of data breach class actions for one of Florida’s largest healthcare providers.
  • Defending healthcare providers in California class actions stemming from ransomware attacks.


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, including handling data breach incidents and regulatory investigations.
  • Background in cybersecurity and data privacy litigation is preferred but not required.
  • Strong academic credentials from a leading law school.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
