We are a large, busy practice with a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction, excellence in customer service and exceptional patient care.


The duties will include the following:

  • Greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ensure patients complete all required documentation (insurance, demographics, etc.) and their information is current
  • Enter appropriate data into the (EMR) medical records system
  • Verify patient insurance
  • Answer phones with energy and a smile
  • Respond to emails in a timely and concise manner
  • Check patients in and out
  • Collect any patient co payments and balance
  • Set up financial arrangements when needed
  • Schedule appointments (New Patient, follow-up, multiple)
  • Call patients for reactivation, recall appointments
  • Scanning documents and sending to billing company
  • Respond to requests for medical records or other forms to be completed by provider
  • Statistical data entry


Skills needed:

  • Excellent verbal and compassionate communication skills
  • Great phone skills and etiquette with attention to detail
  • Dependable and Punctual
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities and take initiative
  • Excellent time-management skill
  • Compassionate and able to handle fast paced environment
  • Health conscious


The right candidate will be cheerful, upbeat, willing to be coached and enjoy working with patients. We are a very innovative facility with the newest in equipment and procedures. We need an “A player” to assist us in helping our patients reach their healthcare goals. Sales, marketing experience, Facebook and Instagram familiarity and a knowledge of the Spanish language a very huge plus.
