Job Description:

A leading Medical Device company are actively seeking a motivated candidate to fill their Associate Fitness Representative opportunity. This is a 12-month contract role, based in Draper, Utah. Salary ranges between $20-25/hour depending on experience. The main function of a fitness representative is to be responsible for group fitness classes for employees.


Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Sports Science (or related field) preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience required.
  • Must have a proven track record of managing health and wellness programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead group fitness classes for employees, catering to various fitness levels and interests.
  • Offer guidance on proper exercise form and techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments to tailor fitness programs to individual and group needs.
  • Provide quarterly reporting on group fitness class participation and established metrics.
