The Role:

Entegris is seeking an New Product (NPI) Project Manager to oversee multiple projects that will drive profitable growth in ourAdvanced Deposition Materials (ADM) business unit. The new hire in this role can look forward to managing projects that will be focused on new product introductions and vary depending on size and scope. This role will require flexibility and tailored project management solutions, including direct interaction with a broad range of global senior, technical and functional management, and subject matter experts throughout the organization.


This role is in our Burnet, TX facility.


What You'll Do:

  • Ensure successful completion of assigned projects by constant direct management and oversight from beginning to end.
  • Interface between Engineering, Manufacturing, site procurement, partnering suppliers, customers, and other key functional groups to develop, generate, and execute program plans to transition products to HVM.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes related to program management and new product development.
  • Analyze project trade-offs and request changes in scope, schedule and resources when needed.
  • Use metrics to monitor financial elements of project and manages project financial expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
  • Communicate effectively to management as required to provide a clear understanding of project status, risks, and decisions.


What We Seek:

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Science field, ideally within Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Natural Sciences
  • 4-6 years of applicable experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-4 years specifically within project management experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/customers/priorities with minimum supervision under challenging conditions.
  • Excellent oral communication, written communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
  • An effective facilitator, coach, and trainer.
  • The ability to manage 5+ projects simultaneously in various phases of development.
  • Ability to multi-task and assess priorities in a complex and demanding environment. Proven ability to lead projects to be completed within time and budgetary constraints.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts caused by competing priorities/metrics between various Entegris projects/sites and suppliers and reach acceptable levels of team consensus while maintaining project schedules and financial metrics.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including the management and delegation of appropriate tasks to technical and non-technical support staff with appropriate business justification to generate motivation.
  • Willingness to take a “hands-on” approach in order to meet project deliverables


Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • A PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor, semiconductor materials, or similar industry
