Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Litigation Paralegal at DRISCOLL LAW GROUP, LLC. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and providing support to attorneys in trial preparation. This role is primarily based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Legal Document Preparation, Document Review, and Legal Research skills
  • Experience in drafting legal pleadings and motions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
  • Proficiency in legal software and tools
  • Paralegal certification or relevant degree
