Collections Analyst

3-6 month contract

Onsite 5 days for 1-2 months training in Tewksbury, MA, then can go to a hybrid 3 days in, 2 days home

Must Haves:

2+ years of collections and AR experience

Preferred:

Degree

Manufacturing experience

Job Summary/Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Collector to join our team. The Collector will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process efficiently and accurately. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Send out customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer advance payments, including monthly reconciliation.
• Apply daily cash receipts to customer accounts.
• Generate customer statements of account.
• Follow up and collect payments from customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned related to the company's sales and service operations.
• Respect safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
