Job Title: Director of Preconstruction - Industrial Construction

3. Client Engagement: Engage with clients during the preconstruction phase, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, requirements, and timelines. Provide expert consultation on design solutions.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

· Strong knowledge of construction-related fields and the ability to value-engineer solutions.

· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
