WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH


The Sales Director will be responsible for leading, developing and supporting the Mac Rak sales division. The Sales director, reporting the Mac Rak’s GM, will be tasked with leading and motivating a sales team to achieve and surpass set objectives. The Sales Director will play a key role in developing client relationships, revenue growth, and enhancing the overall performance of the sales team. This position requires frequent travel.


YOUR DAILY


  • Develop talent and mentor a high-performance sales team.
  • Establish individual and collective goals for team members.
  • Provide guidance, advice, and regular evaluations to foster professional development.
  • Implement systems to monitor individual and team performance.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business metrics and ensure accelerate revenue growth
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Formulate short and long-term sales growth plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market needs and adjust sales approaches accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and projections.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Organize regular training sessions for the sales team to maintain and enhance skills.
  • Stay informed about market trends through competitive intelligence.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure effective coordination.
  • Manage financial resources allocated to the sales department.
  • Ensure expenses remain in line with established budgets.
  • Seek strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance long term strategic growth


YOU HAVE


  • 10-15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset and the ability to motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes, the market, and industry trends.
