Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing clinic. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality care and will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team, contribute to clinic growth, and benefit from the resources and expertise of our private equity partners.


Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide hands-on therapy, exercise instruction, and education to patients and their families.
  2. Treatment Implementation: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and clinic staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
  5. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs. Provide guidance on injury prevention and health maintenance.
  6. Quality Improvement: Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in physical therapy.
  7. Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy. Attend continuing education courses and participate in professional organizations.
  8. Clinic Growth: Support clinic marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.


Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license to practice physical therapy.
  • 5+ years of experience as a licensed physical therapist
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a wide range of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
